Two GEDA P18S temporary passenger lifts at the Valkhof in Amsterdam

The lifts in the flats at Valkhof in Amsterdam were in need of renovation and were therefore temporarily put out of action. Since it only became clear shortly before the start of the work how dependent the residents were on the lifts, a housing association from Amsterdam decided to approach us to deploy temporary lifts.

Because it soon became clear that besides residents also construction material had to be disposed of, for the apartments at the Valkhof in Amsterdam in consultation with the VVE administrator two GEDA P18S combination lifts were chosen. It also turned out that there was only a very limited set-up location available. These unique 2 in 1 lifts need only a little space and have a voluminous and robust lift cabin with a door width of no less than 1000 mm. And of course they comply with all valid safety requirements. The GEDA P 18 S lifts both stay for eight weeks until the fixed lift arrangements can be taken into use again.
